Panna National Park, located in Panna and Chattarpur district of Madhya Pradesh, is formally renowned as the 22nd tiger reserve in India and the fifth in Madhya Pradesh. By covering an area of 542.67 sq km, Panna Reserve lies beside the areas of Ken River at the central state of India, Madhya Pradesh, at a distance of 57 km from Khajuraho, a world heritage centre.
Day 1: Arrival in Khajuraho - Panna National Park
After arriving at the airport/ railway station in Khajuraho, you will meet with our tour representative, and you will get an assisted transfer to the Ken River Lodge hotel. Once you reach the hotel, follow the check-in formalities and take some rest in your room. In the afternoon, head to Panna National Park, where you can choose Jungle Safari (with additional cost) to explore the depths of the jungle and spot animal species including tiger, leopard, chital, chinkara, gharial, etc. You can also choose an Elephant Safari or Boat Safari to discover the wilderness of the park. After exploring the park, come back to your hotel, and enjoy dinner, then have a peaceful overnight stay.
Day 2: Panna - Khajuraho
This is the last day of your tour of Panna National Park from Khajuraho. Get up early in the morning and have a lip-smacking breakfast. Later, you will explore the surroundings and then depart by hotel to Khajuraho railway station or airport for your onward destination.
